OSTENEX provides 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. No hidden fees or minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via the email address provided at checkout. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time through our tracking portal.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Due to high demand and our commitment to quality control, please note the following estimates:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days (Domestic & International).
  • Note: Delivery estimates may vary based on local logistics, customs clearance, or seasonal holidays.

4. Order Cancellations
To maintain efficient logistics, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once this window has passed, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment center and cannot be retracted.

5. Important Logistics Information

  • PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes to ensure secure and direct delivery.
  • Customs & Holidays: Any delays caused by international customs clearance or local public holidays are beyond the control of OSTENEX.
  • Liability: While we strive for precision, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. OSTENEX is not liable for minor shifts in delivery windows.
  • Return Shipping: In accordance with our standard terms, the responsibility for return shipping costs rests with the buyer.

OSTENEX is unable to offer compensation or replacements in the following instances:
