We stand behind the engineering of OSTENEX gear. If your equipment does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may initiate a return within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The OSTENEX Return Process
To ensure a seamless experience, follow these steps:
- Contact our support at support@ostenex.com with the subject line: [Return Request] - Your Order #.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the product to verify its condition.
- Ensure all original components, including packaging and any promotional free gifts, are included in the return shipment.
Refund Structure & Deductions
To cover global logistics, handling, and sanitization protocols, a 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
Example: An $80 order will result in a $72 refund after processing.
Exchanges & Product Swaps
We facilitate product exchanges within the 30-day window.
- A 20% exchange fee applies to cover the processing of the new shipment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full 100% refund. Requests submitted after this window cannot be honored as the order will have already entered our automated fulfillment stream.
